A "prequel" to The Argosiad, this 2008 NaNoWriMo project takes us back 30 years in time where we meet Argos and Fennec as young furs just beginning their careers. Fennec persuades Argos to go upriver on a fishing trip, where of course various distractions and adventures take place.
You know, you'll never know what can happen when you take a midnight walk in the woods, especially when you don't know what can occur. Kayne has witnessed this, but it's not like he knew that it was going to happen, right?
When Sara receives a thumb drive she becomes curiose of it's contents as it may give her some answers to her past. Upon inserting the drive what follows are a jumble of the past events.
